1,838 ACRES OF HISTORIC KIOLAKAʻA, KAU COASTAL RANCH LAND PERMANENTLY PROTECTED

The recent sale of a significant parcel of land in Kaʻu, Hawaii Island ensures permanent protection for the island community.

Seller, Ernest Moody, EWM Enterprises, LP, and Hawaii Pacific Brokers, Charlie Anderson, Owner/Principal Broker who represented him, worked with The Trust For Public Land (TPL) and the Ala Kahakai Trail Association to make this a reality.

Funding provided by the County of Hawaii Public Access Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation Program, the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources Legacy Land Conservation Program (LLCP), the Freeman Foundation, and a pledge from EWM
Enterprises, LLP made it possible.
